Description
Heavy-duty containers for office floors and large partitioned spaces. EC2 L heavy-duty trays are self-supporting and rest on an exposed C-rail frame. The panels are fitted with an acoustic complex combining absorption (mineral wool) and insulation (plasterboard). These ceiling solutions prevent the transmission of noise between adjacent rooms. The panels, with sharp, abutting edges, have Z-shaped folds at each end to rest on the load-bearing profiles.
A safety fold is provided at the end to ensure that the panels remain firmly attached to the framework. The surface of the panels is flush with that of the supporting profiles. Technical equipment can be integrated by factory-cutting the complex.

Cleaning
Metal ceilings are durable and easy to clean.
For dust: Dry cleaning with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brush.
For stains: Clean with a damp cloth soaked in a non-abrasive cleaner diluted in water. For persistent, greasy stains, diluted alcoholic solutions can be used.

Installation in accordance with DTU 58.1
Frames: Trays on C-rails (various widths, with or without shadow gap)
Suspended at 1200 mm centres, starting 300 mm from the wall. The length of the panel determines the center-to-center distance between the supporting profiles.
Edges: Panels are installed on simple angle irons or hollow joints, or on runners.
Disassembly: Open by pushing vertically.
