Description

EC2 JC is a panel made up of two outer longitudinal plies, enabling it to be installed by mechanical fastening at the bottom of a hollow joint under a primary framework.
The panels are installed edge-to-edge or not on the short side, and overlapping on the long side to create a hollow joint. Non-disassembled, these self-supporting trays on concealed framing ensure sturdiness of use and a flowing appearance for your ceiling.

Galvanized steel 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick, depending on bin width.

Cleaning

Metal ceilings are durable and easy to clean.
For dust: Dry cleaning with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brush.
For stains: Clean with a damp cloth soaked in a non-abrasive cleaner diluted in water. For persistent, greasy stains, diluted alcoholic solutions can be used.

Installation according to DTU 58.1

Frames: Panels installed on the underside of a commercial primary frame. The panels are mechanically fastened at the bottom of the hollow joint at a maximum spacing of 1200 mm in the supporting framework. The primary framework is suspended at 1200 mm centres, starting 300 mm from the wall. Primary rail spacing up to 1200 mm.

Edges: Panels are installed on a single edge angle or in a hollow joint.

Dismantling: Panels are mechanically fastened.
Unscrewing is necessary.
