Description
The EC3 is a single-sided tilting metal panel that pivots on the pivot edge profile and remains suspended in the open position. It leaves the plenum completely free of access. This facilitates access to technical networks and makes maintenance easier.
Special trays adapt to the shape of corridors and changes in direction. Luminaires or lighting strips can be integrated into the edge profiles.
The EC3 panel can also be used in office ceilings, where it can be installed as a shadow gap, or as an opening panel, using specific double hook profiles depending on the desired shadow gap.

Cleaning
Metal ceilings are durable and easy to clean.
For dust: Dry cleaning with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brush.
For stains: Clean with a damp cloth soaked in a non-abrasive cleaner diluted in water. For persistent, greasy stains, diluted alcoholic solutions can be used.

Installation in accordance with DTU 58.1
In traffic: Bins installed on specific EC3 ACCRO / PIVOT frame. To be bolted under the adjustment range fixed to the wall every 600 mm. The trays are installed with a 25 mm minimum lateral hollow joint on each side. Adjustment brackets are suspended from the concrete slab at their ends by a threaded rod with a 1200 mm pitch.
Dismantling: Open the EC3 pan by pushing vertically, then move sideways to escape the hanging profile. The pan pivots and remains attached to the edge pivot profile.
Reverse the movement to close the tray.
