Description
The EC31 is a self-supporting, flush-edged tray that can be tilted by simply unscrewing it, and is hinged on a pivot profile that leaves a minimum 20 mm shadow gap on either side of the tray to absorb slight differences in traffic width.
The EC31 tilting metal tray provides full and easy access to the ceiling plenum, without the need for additional framing.
All geometries can be envisaged to adapt to the shape of the building, as well as all types of technical equipment reservations.

Galvanized steel 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick, depending on bin width.

Cleaning
Metal ceilings are durable and easy to clean.
For dust: Dry cleaning with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brush.
For stains: Clean with a damp cloth soaked in a non-abrasive cleaner diluted in water. For persistent, greasy stains, diluted alcoholic solutions can be used.

Installation according to DTU 58.1
In traffic: Bins installed on standard ECHAME PREC J hanging profiles. To be bolted to an adjustment bracket fixed to the wall every 600 mm. Bins are installed with a minimum 20 mm hollow joint on each side.
Dismantling: Open the EC31 pan by pushing vertically on the crutch side, then move sideways to escape the hanging profile. The pan remains suspended on the edge pivot profile.
Close the tray by reversing the operation.
