Description
The EC30 is a tilting metal tray that can be opened from either side. It can remain suspended in the open position on either of the hanging profiles. It leaves the plenum totally unobstructed. Access to technical networks is facilitated, allowing easy maintenance. Special trays can be used to adapt to the shape of corridors, adapting to changes in direction or managing end-of-frames.
Luminaires or lighting strips can be integrated into the edge profiles.
The EC30 tray can also be used in office ceilings, with a removable shadow joint installation using double-riveted profiles.

Galvanized steel 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick, depending on bin width.

Cleaning
Metal ceilings are durable and easy to clean.
For dust: Dry cleaning with a soft cloth or vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brush.
For stains: Clean with a damp cloth soaked in a non-abrasive cleaner diluted in water. For persistent, greasy stains, diluted alcoholic solutions can be used.

Installation according to DTU 58.1
In traffic: Bins installed under standard PREC J hanging profile. To be bolted under adjustment brackets fixed to the wall every 600 mm. Bins are installed with a 12 mm minimum side hollow joint on each side. Adjustment brackets are suspended from the concrete slab at their ends by a threaded rod with a 1200 mm pitch.
In Trame: Bins installed under ECHAME double hooking profiles, enabling them to be dismantled by stripping and tilting the bin. A 12 mm functional hollow joint is provided between the trays. Each bin can be dismantled independently of the others.
Disassembly: Open the EC31 pan by pushing vertically, then move sideways to escape the hooking profile. The tray remains suspended on the edge pivot profile.
To close, reverse the movement.
